"Highly wouldn’t recommend this agent what so ever. I canceled my insurance the 23rd. They still charged me $450 which is crazy because my insurance is only $250. I called to get my money back and he sent an automated text saying I’ll have it by the 2nd of October. I still don’t have it and it is the 6th. I call a different statefarm number and they tell me they don’t even see my refund being processed meaning lance didn’t do anything to get me my money back. All he does is sit in that office or his house stealing peoples money and lying to them. I will make a formal complaint cause this is not the first time they have taken $450 from me. It’s outrages. You can’t just take peoples money and think it’s okay. You told me you put my refund into place and yet you have not. Lance is a liar and will only take your money he is not an agent who cares about his clients he only cares about taking your money. They charge me for a change in my policy over $200 that I’ll never see again. If you don’t want to get screwed don’t ever insure with this agent."
